Welcome to all Visitors

Who are we?

Our church consists of a wide range of different people, from all ages and different backgrounds. Whoever you are you are assured a very warm welcome at our Church.

When to arrive:

If it’s your first visit then it’s probably best to turn up fifteen minutes before the start of the service. If you are driving then you’ll be pleased to hear that there is plenty of free parking alongside the Community Centre next door. For directions to reach us please see the Contact page here. You’ll be greeted on the door by our welcoming team who will give you some information about the church and notices of forthcoming events.

For those with disabilities:

We aim to be an all-inclusive church. However our resources are limited so we try to provide for our current attendees. If you wish to discuss specific needs please contact the church office. Our premises are accessible for those with disabilities. We have reserved parking spaces near the entrance. Both the kitchen and toilets are accessible. We do also have a loop system for the hearing impaired.

What to wear:

This is easy. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We are an informal church and accept people as they are. There is no need to dress up to try and be someone that you’re not.

What to expect:

For some people going anywhere for the first time can be a bit of a nerve-racking experience. To help avoid any worries here’s a quick summary of what you can expect at our Church. We start our morning meeting at 10:30 am and the evening meeting at 6:00 pm with a few minutes of notices keeping us informed of diary dates etc. then we spend about 35 minutes in worship, bible readings and prayers. Our worship time consists of both traditional and modern songs (with guitars, piano and organ). Everyone participates in the worship but at around 11:00 am in the morning service the children go to their own groups, we also run a creche for the little ones. We then have teaching from the bible that is relevant and meaningful to our modern lives for about thirty minutes.

What we believe:

We are a Christian church and believe that all can have a relationship with God. We believe this relationship with God is possible because of Jesus (God’s only son), who invites us to follow him. If you are interested in exploring the Christian faith then please come along on a Sunday or contact the Pastor for more information.
